We build a real, working preview of your modernized site, not a mockup or a slide deck. You see it live before you decide anything or sign anything. It's free, and there's no obligation to hire us.

There are two parts: a one-time fee to build the site, and an optional monthly care plan to keep it running. You pay a deposit to reserve your spot, with the balance due before the site goes live, and we give you a clear quote for the agreed work up front — no hidden fees. You also pay for your own hosting and domain directly (typically around $25 a month and $20 a year), so those accounts always stay in your name.

Most sites launch within about seven weeks. That clock starts once we have your deposit and your materials — text, photos, logo, services, hours — not at signing. You'll see a first design concept within about two weeks, so you get real progress early. If feedback or content comes back slowly, the timeline shifts to match.

That's common. We modernize what's working and rebuild what isn't, and we handle the switch carefully — we follow a checklist built to keep your email and your current Google presence intact through the move, and we won't touch anything that affects them without checking with you first.

Every build includes two rounds of revisions before launch, and for 14 days after launch we fix any genuine bugs in our work at no charge. After that, ongoing tweaks are handled through your care plan, and larger changes like new pages or features are quoted before we start.

The care plan keeps your site healthy: hosting administration, security and malware monitoring, software updates, regular backups, SSL, and uptime monitoring, plus a set amount of small edits each month like hours, staff, or services. A higher level adds seasonal content updates, a monthly contact-activity report, and more content time. It's monitoring and upkeep, not a guarantee of perfect uptime, it's optional, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We spell out exactly what's covered before you start.

You do. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and paid by you directly, so your site stays online even if we ever part ways. Once the build is paid in full, the custom design and content we make for you are yours. (Third-party pieces like the site platform, themes, and fonts stay under their own licenses, as they do for any website.) If we ever stop working together, we hand over a full export of your site within 14 days.
